Gloyale
Gloyale- Will hooking that up make the CEL light come on the dash like it is suppose to? Also I forgot what IIRC stands for. If I Recall Correctly And yes, stick a wire into that first pin on the white connector, and the hook it to ground to confirm that the "ECS" light on the dash comes on. If that works, you got the right pin. If not try second pin but it is for sure one of those......i really think pin 1. Once you get that wire in, hook it to the "CEL" wire from you're EJ ECU. Mr. Brat
Sounds like a plan. I will tackle that think weekend. It did its bobble thing today for a could miles, by the time I had a chance to pull over and inspect. It was gone. I am wondering if I have a vaccum line the may be collapsing. kingbobdole
With my recent experiance with the vss I'd start there. Other then that, when I did the auto to manual tranny swap on my xt it'd do the same stalling at stops. I "switched" the tranny into drive so the iac would expect the load. No clue if that helps. Did you figure this out yet? With the new exhaust on my Brat, I saw that a big cloud of exhaust gas puffs out when it's doing the bobble thing. I noticed it for the first time on my way to work today. It did the bobble. I stopped at a light. Taking off from the light, there was a big cloud of smoke. I assume the ECU is dumping fuel/pulling timing because it thinks something's wrong. The CEL cleared itself, of course. Jacob
