FSM scan of ECU pin outs for 97 outback legacy

hoping someone can scan the pin out diagram and numbering for me from the factory service manuals. or if there is a link to FSMs that i can look it up myself would be good too.. i tried searching, but ECU pin out in search shows nothing..

Worked for me with Firefox, but I've had other funky issues like that before. I usually try another browser too. Hope you got what you needed.

 

As a side note, I found out that I have access to this info via my own local library too! Not quite as good as FSM but better than nothing!
