Looks like he put a lot of work into it. Not true ,sorry. I can drive mine and have been for many many miles. If you don't pay the Classic insurance you're all set. Its the insuance companies that demand the car be kept in a garage and mileage limited yearly. Speedometers can be easily disconnected, if needed.
