subiemech85
IIRC = If I Recall Correctly try a HARDWARE store or your STASH of bolts I buy them by the # at a local farm store with extensive hardware section

Subieguy
The original bolts are 12mm. That's what is in my 78 and 84 Brat.
mcbrat
The original bolts are 12mm. That's what is in my 78 and 84 Brat. agreed, but that's the head size. he needs the thread size/pitch... which he can get at an autoparts store, but would most likely have a 13mm head... I'll check with my sizer today....
biffanyus
Cool thanks Mick let me know the size. So Im looking for a 12mm and then Mick is getting me the thread size?????
mcbrat
okay. bolts are 8mm x 1.25. the stock ones took a 12mm socket for the head, but auto parts store metric bolts most likely will take a 13mm socket. the 8mm x 1.25 is the important part
