Suba9792 Posted May 4, 2010 Share Posted May 4, 2010 so I did the wheel bearings (rreal easy) on my 92 loyale 4wd wagon 3at, well took it out to the road to be sure the bearings are ok and guess what! tranny started clunking when I was at a light high rev then it would engage, got back to my gramps house, I was smelling something burning low and behold looked under the car and saw fluild dripping on the exhaust where the tranny mounts to the diff!!! not a very happy camper! if I dont sell it I will try to drop in a 5spd.:-\ 92 loyale wagon 4wd/3at 148,000 white/blue int 98% rust free rally bar with lights on the front 98% tread on tires Cobra CB/with hood mounted antenna no dents/perfect paint new HGs,Wheel bearings,CV alxes $1,000 cash Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
