afterbang
if anyone has done this before, could you give me some insight on taking off the front bumper on a 93 legacy? i know there are the 4 big bolts under the hood but im sure there are more other than that. would it be easier to remove the fenders or the splash guards to get of them? found a clean one at the junkyard to replace my beat up one and wanted to go grab it tomorrow. thanks for any insight. lmdew
There are also 3 or 4 bolts that go up into the side skirt of the bumper, you access them from the wheel wells. 10 mm I believe.
bheinen74
theres a hidden nut one on each fender, the bumper has a stud pointing thru the fender right under the turn/corner lamp. Its hard to see, and you need a long extension with 10mm (or possibly 8mm) to get to it, from behind the wheel splash shield.
