The Scooby Posted February 19, 2004 Share Posted February 19, 2004 ok i just finished unpluging every connector, and speedo cable, i just have one last problem. the two connectors that plug into the back of the cluster for gauges, that are round, one transparent and the otehr black, how to i un plug these. i want to take apart the gauges and paint the inside silver so its brighter rather then that dumb green, then put in my red bulbs. please hurry with a responce im leaving for school in a few hours and need to finish this up. ThreeEyedBandit Posted February 19, 2004 Share Posted February 19, 2004 If they are the same plugs I am thinking of, there should be a little tab in the middle of the wires on the plug, just push it toward towards the wire. The Scooby Posted February 20, 2004 Author Share Posted February 20, 2004 ya just after i pushed submit, i thought, well what the hell ill go out and see if i can figure it out, i will probally be able to, sure enough i tilted the cluster face down and looked through the windshield and saw that you push the tab.
