I saw a lowered WRX/STI, with Carbon Fiber fenders, hood, bumper etc. Well I didnt realize he was in my area, but I saw him at the light on 185th and Evergreen Parkway in Beaverton... Just wondering who he is. Also if Im in the wrong forum, this can be moved, I just didnt know exactly where to put it.
