So for those of you that know the Legacy best from it's first incarnation, here's something to stump you...

First, we state that the Legacy came in Base, L, LS, LSi and GT models here in the States, right?

My dad recently got a trade-in from someone with a 1994 Legacy wagon that's badged as an "Mi". That's odd, considering this was only a designation (as far as I know) in the Japanese market, the wagon variant of the Ei. Here are the differences I notice:

- Two-tone factory interior

- Badge on the rear hatch saying "LEGACY Mi" is on the driver's side, as opposed to a normal "LEGACY LS" sitting in the parking space next to it

- No "AUX" jack on the radio, just a little round indentation on the radio face where it normally went

- unique seven spoke wheels

- "Stillwater Blue" paint color

- GT-looking grille painted to match the car around the edge

Any possibility that it could just be a Canadian car (the border is only like four hours away) or an odd sort of Japanese LHD import of some sort?

Any thoughts/answers greatly appreciated. :]

Damn, you guys are good lol. It doesn't have the graphics on it, but I've seen this car around my area for years and years, a couple GT ones too with the raised roof, and even a few Turbos too; and my mother had a dark red LSi that had an exact twin one a number of years back.

I've seen a few and owned a '94 GT. Rare but not crazy rare. An interesting vehicle though and if possible it should go to someone that will appreciate it.

Only '90 and '91 got the Panasonic stereo with the AUX jack. All '92 to '94 stereo's are Clarion's and do not have them (but otherwise look almost identical).
