1982 GL fender on 1984?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if fenders from a 1982 GL Wagon will also fit a 1984 GL wagon? I have researched it, the body style looks like it hasn't changer, and I'm am pretty sure it does but was wondering if anyone can confirm it.

I THINK the antenna hole is in the wrong area. It moves from year to year.

I wouldn't mind if that was the only issue... I am mainly concerned about fitment

Yeah the 1982 fenders have the antenna on the drives side and 83 up is on the passengers side. It should fit the car fine except for that.

There's a supposed difference around the front at the headlight/turnsignal.

Not to sure on that though, as my '82 BRAT has a newer year fender on the passenger side. Looks like it fits fine to me.

the fitment around the marker light area, is if you are taking an 80-81 fender and using it on a later model with the quad headlights. ther's just a little more metal on the earlier ones, and it needs to be trimmed a tad for proper fitment of the marker light/headlight bezel, but it hidden behind the bezel...
