I'm guessing you don't have a code reader. The easiest thing for you to do, is just stop at Advanced Auto or Auto Zone, they'll read the codes for free and print them out for you. Once you get them printed out, post them on here and we'll help you out.

Brico, if you know of anyone or maybe consider asking for help via craigslist or something. Also consider purchasing a reader, about $20-$250+ on amazon, just depends on all the bells and whistles you'd like one to include.

well thc car was running fine and then the check engine light came on. still no real problems. the next day no check engine light. went out and the light came on again. stopped at a stop sign and when i started to go she sputtered real bad and had no power. stalled. started again and drove home . about 1.5 miles. with the peddle all the way to the floor she would barlet go. had to go up a small hill , well that was a real drill. stop and go with no power at all. not surre what is giong on.

i'd pull the timing covers on each side and check the timing marks on the cams.
