lmdew
Did you use your old intake and all the sensors? Are you getting spark? If so, put a cap or two of gas in the intake, does it fire now? Double check to make sure the main engine to firewall connectors are dry and tight, no bent pins.
johnceggleston
given all the codes i would check the connectors. but if the intakes need to be swapped the wiring connector pins may be aligned differently and that will correct everything. lmdew
Sounds like a fuel issue. How long did the car sit? Is the fuel pressure regulator on the passenger side rear fuel rail OK? Pinch off the fuel return line going back to the tank, does it make a difference? Can you hear the fuel pump running?

lmdew
Change the pressure regulator. If you need one, I have plenty of them from 2.5.

Fairtax4me
That's a lot of seemingly unconnected issues. What year was the engine from? Where was this car stored? I'm kinda thinking mouse damage. I just got another wild idea. Check under the dash on the drivers side for the green diagnostic connectors. Those should be left unplugged. If they're connected unhook them. Clicking solenoids and relays sounds like those two connectors are plugged together and the ECU is in self test mode.
