Idle Problem After Timing Belt Change

Thanks for the inputs guys.  I finally got around to taking it apart (round 2), and did see that I'm off on the drivers side by one notch (outward) based on the outer ring notches.  I have to stop for today though because I got some metal threading coming out of the tension pulley bolt hole.  Upon inspection, it's going to need a thread kit....  Now I just need to figure out the thread size at Autozone and get the repair kit.  Fun stuff, but it's a great car!
