I have to say, it really is so much fun to drift around the neighborhoods and feel in control and safe. Went out later, no more snow, but there were a few cars in the ditch with "Dont tow me!" signs. This was still making progress (about 3/4 of a mile after this it all went wrong) after what turned out to be a bad choice to camp up there overnight last night, I knew it was, and broke one of my own rules on trusting conditions. It was awesome powder all night, but poured rain this morning. I've ended up with a blown up transmission (the 5speed HAS to go in now). And a $400 bill from a snowcat driver for a recovery after getting into a spot that was just thick icy slush in an off camber uphill corner. It was getting dark, my boots were filled with water, so it was time to hike out and get help. Still had fun though. And I now know my winch works pretty good as long as the trees are close by. I went to bald pk again in the hatch that night. Bummer about the ordeal from hell.. Call me and let's get that 5spd stuffed...! Glad to hear your ok... Its been a very eventful past couple days: Wednesday I went boarding with my dad up to Crystal Mountain in the family Loyale. What I woke up to in the morning (no snow the night before) Hwy 410 On the slopes Pops Myself The camera had a hard time focusing in the dark on the way home. The antenna, once we arrived home.
