Turbone
Engine Brite from Gunk. Spray on, use a brush to get the caked on stuff loose. Then hose off. I also use a LOT of brake cleaner. I've probably gone thru a half dozen cases (or more) in the last couple of years. Theres a couple of different sizes of hoses, just take some pieces with you to the parts store. TIMBERTIGER
b12 chem tool works awesome but hold your breath its potent. it also drys fast but i mix it in with gunk and scrub and it works well. i keep a can ready in my garage for bees and spiders too. its an instant killer. you can find it at your friendly neighborhood autozone

Look into a Sure Shot and buying Brake cleaner by the 5 gallon pail if you are going thru it like that. Brake Clean 5 Gal bucket I saw the buckets at my local Autozone the other day. The FNG
Honestly, I think Simple Green pretty well in a concentrated form. And it will not kill you if you breathe it in.

Part of the benefit is having some pressure behind the chemical (for me). Its nice to blast out gunk in hard to reach places. I used Simple Green several times. Its a good product, but the $ adds up quick if you use a lot.
Quidam
What do you guys like to use for cleaning the engine and engine well. I use a Honda 13 hp, 4000psi pressure washer. Then a lot of compressed air to blow out the electrical, and rags to wipe it down. It will remove paint if i'm not carefull with it. Doug
