EZ30 Tensioner Bearing Part Numbers And Belt Info:

Recommended Posts

What is the PartsMaster or NAPA part number for the tensioner bearings on the EZ30? I assume both tensioner/idler use the same bearing, correct?

Looking at going to Napa or a simular parts house.

Cheers!

I used the NAPA

6203-2rsj

for both on my '03.

Not sure what the J means, the 2RS means 2 rubber seals.

One of them has a recess that keeps the nut from turning, once you pull the bolt the nut likes to fall out of the recess and disappear. A bit of tape over the hole keeps it in place nicely, just back up the tape with your finger when pushing on the bolt.

Thanks for the info on my behalf, parts we used on 01 H6 EZ30...

(Parts Master)

PM 203FF 6203-2RSJ and a 30mm socket to pound them out/in.

Yes, a 30mm socket is a must, it fits perfect and pushes on the outter race. The H6 is alive and happy again :)
