NoahDL88
Its not really a hill if you can span the entire thing with your car I got my start on snow piles in parking lots, we all gotta start somewhere. Get some real wheeling shots, get out there with your friends, so they have someone to pull them out when they try to show up your Subaru.
ontherun987
yeah, I know it's not much of a hill. but I have never been off road, and my cousin has a f- 250 to pull me out of trouble. I was looking in to the trails near elbe wa, any info on some easy trails to get stared with would be very helpful
Idasho
Youd better get that oil pan covered before you do any serious wheelin
markjw
I was looking in to the trails near elbe wa, any info on some easy trails to get stared with would be very helpful Head South out of Elbe on Hwy 7, about eight miles. Look for FS 74 (Forest Service Road 74) on your Right. Follow that road out for a mile or so. Stay Left at the fork and head up into a million acres of National Forest land. You should be able to find a better hill out there.

Idasho
With a good size lift like you have, you will probably have to have one fabricated. With my small lift (2-1/2") I was able to use the factory skid plate, as well as the factory splash guards. The skid plate was lengthened at the cross member side, and the passenger side splash guard required a good size hole to be cut to provide clearance for the power steering belt tensioner. Makes for super easy belt changes now I imagine even with a larger lift the factory skid plate can be used, just so long as you have the ability to lengthen it.
