bowtoot
Hello all. I am a relative newbie to the Subby world. I have always like the older Subbys from the 70's. I bought my daughter a 2001 Forester last year before her birthday and drove it for 6 months prior to her turning 16 and some after. I love these things. What lead me to this board is my new purchase of a 1986 GL wagon with the EA82 and the Hi/Lo 4wd. I have been reading with interest several articles because this baby needs a little work. I thank ya'll in advance for help and advise and I really like ya'lls attitude towards questions and those folks seeking to gain knowledge. Dogbone
Welcome to the forum. As far as I'm concerned it is the last word in all things Subaru. Lots of love for NC. My family vacations at the Outer Banks every year. I'm relatively new to the Sube world myself. Bought my '91 Loyale last year as my daily driver, since my route to and from work involves crossing Skyline Drive in the Blue Ridge mountains. Needless to say it can get interesting when it snows, and how my Loyale performed last winter is nothing short of incredible. Good luck with your '86, you're at the right place.
