OK, I have a start problem and i'm scratching my head on. any help would be appreciated. I'll start from the beginning, I have a 2004 STi with Perrin fuel system, CP piston heads bore over 100m, Manley rods, Precision Billet Turbo, 3 core FMI, and 2 leaking fuel lines. so, i change one of the leaking lines thinking that is was splash/spraying fuel on to the other one. two weeks go by and i realize that the other one was leaking as well.

Now the first one was the feed line past the "T" leading to the left side fuel rail (looking from driver seat). I changed it and worked just fine. Then 2 weeks later I changed the feed line heading into the "T" and then the problem starts. It wont start after i change the line. I disconnected the battery, then remove old line and install the new line then reconnect the battery. and for a week and a half this is what i've done....

removed and replaced (R2);

Fuel Feed "T"

Fuel Return "T"

Fuel Pressure Regulator

Ops checked;

Fuses (Engine Bay and driver seat) - Good

coil packs - Good

spark plugs - Good

battery - Good

fuel pressure - Good

fuel line for clogs

fuel rails for clogs

fuel injectors for clogs

correct fuel line installation - Good

cam angel sensors - Good

crack sensor - Good

knock sensor - Good

fuel pump relay - Good

fuel injector relay - Good

I've tryed over and over to start it, yanked on all the connectors/harnesses, checked for oil levels and fuel in oil, all fuses, relays (i think) and my Cobb interface shows injec latency, delay, and power. fuel pump is working and i have pressure. I put carburetor cleaner in the intake manifold to see if it would start and it did... for 10 seconds. So i then used Noid Tester on injector harness and it did not get a light off. Relays were good and I changed the map so i could see if the ECM needed a reboot. nothing....

so what can i do now? is the another relay or fuse? do i have to get a new harness?
