Finally, it's done!

Been on the trails a few times now with no breakage. Things work well. Happy with the results too.

 

No pics from the trail just yet. Having too much fun to stop for pics, sorry!

With a little downward pressure all 4 touch! Those are 35's on the Jeep!!

Rear are sort of stock... I pulled overloads and added a couple more stock leafs to the pack. I thought about 63's but I also have a set of 3rd gen rears that are similar in length to the Chevys. Only problem is that when I put the flatbed on I cut the rear frame down. Now, to add longer springs I have to add material back onto the end of the rails. Because if I go with longer springs I want to stretch it a bit instead of narrowing the wheelbase.

I'm stoked Ken. We are gonna be digging it big time. We get to do the "impossible" stuff now. hehehehe

Remember when you were bored driving my stock rump roast sammi with 30s and a rear locker?

Next time we see eachother, I'll be teh one driving up onto your tire in the pic!

 

Did you gusset that bed yet? Better.
