superbrat84
i had replaced the oil pan gasket on my 1.8 thinking it would fix the leak on the front of the engine. but it still leaked at least 1/4 quart of oil a day. well went to idaho for 3 days and left brat on a drive way with a steep incline with the front pointing upwards for that time. start driving it and now it doesn't leak one drop of oil. just curious why it would stop. Have you checked the oil? It may have stopped leaking because it ran out of oil
