okie bill
You guys on The Great Subaru Brat Yahoo group please forgive the double post. I am Bill Carney. I am a retired AT&T tech. and currently employed as a jailer/dispatcher for the city of Sallisaw, OK PD. I am completely new to Subarus and will need lots of advice. Just purchased this My advice needs start with the motor being here The heads and intake being here and various other parts being here I think I can handle this by throwing money at it The story is that the previous owner was in the process of replacing the heads when a storm blew a tree limb through the windshield. He gave up and sold the BRAT to my brother in law, who sold it to me. Thanks in advance for your help Bill
Olnick
WOW! Looks like you got a good 'un! That body looks great--now just stick all those loose parts under the hood and you'll be ready to go! Seriously, welcome aboard Bill. Obviously you've got some work ahead of you but you found a great place here--good folks who'll do their best to help you. All the best to you. Look forward to watching your progress.
