WoodsWagon
Here's all you need to know: http://www.highaltitudeimports.com/threads/78683-The-Impreza-is-gone.? I'll also add that it's incredibly irresponsible to abandon a car after you're done beating it. Dumping cars on trails is what gets trails closed. Don't ruin it for everyone else, pick up your trash! I have finished a bunch of cars and trucks the same way, but I dragged them out and scrapped them when I was done. nipper
I have often wondered how you get a car out if you really do it in on a trail or in the woods.
2.5_IMP
After somehow enduring 12 miles of abuse, the car struck a rock, gouged its oil pan and came to a stop. Hmmmmm. Skidplate would have helped prevent that.

Skidplate would have helped prevent that. I doubt it not from the way he was driving, It seems he was overdriving the car and his abilities, no amount of protection will help that. Fairtax4me
OK It's a capable car, but REALLY!?! You don't go rock climbing with a street sweeper. And then if you get stuck don't leave the thing! That's why you trail with friends. Friends who have the ability to pull you out if something breaks.
