Guest jclay
Hello, My 02 OBW is making a distressing crunching/ grinding noise from the transmission which I notice when trying to reverse up a grade (like my driveway) Car runs fine in when going foreword, and I haven't noticed this noise when reversing on level ground... Thoughts? As always, all input is greatly appreciatted! Car is under warrenty for the next 2000 miles, so I'm looking for a little insight before I take it to the shop. THanks! Guest jclay
Relief! Took the car to a subie specific shop where the owner, who worked at a subie dealership as a tech for 30 years) took it for a quick drive and determined that it was the exhaust that was loose and banging against the underside of the car when reversing quickly....phew!!! Thanks!!
