Fairtax4me
Which engine is in your Foz? I was under the impression that all EJs got EGR after 98-ish...(?) regardless of transmission type. Maybe that's only true for the 2.5?
ocei77
03-06 NA Legacy and Outback and 04-06 NA Forester have EGR. The 00-03 Forester do not, according to Chilton's. O.
johnceggleston
it would appear from the attached page that MY'00 - MY'01 legacys do not have the EGR valve with the connecting pipe to the driver side head. (like all the 96 - 99 ej25s have). but starting in the '02MY they went back to that late 90s style. http://opposedforces.com/parts/legacy/us_b12/type_2/carter_ventilation_recirculation/emission_control_egr/ Edited September 15, 2011 by johnceggleston
