Stubies Subie
forgive me if this has been seen before, I'm fairly new here, but when I saw this video, I thought it explained a lot, I don't know how it relates to my older EA82 5 speed 4WD, but I found it very interesting none the less:
92_rugby_subie
Wow. Thats really interesting actually. Subaru FTW
bheinen74
old bump, but Jeep, Audi, and maybe Mercedes would do well as well, but i think they should test the 2012's on this, including the Cadillac, Buick, GM version of SUV, etc, chrysler, BMW, etc. See what has come about in 5 years time. See how Subaru compares to them all...and for heck, throw in what Ford has. I still am biased, knowing that non torque steer Subi will triumph over all but Audi Quattro. PS I did not mention Toyota, cause their AWD is not good. Old school Toy 4WD is goodm but not now. Edited October 1, 2011 by bheinen74

idosubaru
friend of mine is a mercedes mechanic, he recently had regional recognition and was selected for a free trip where they flew his family to germany this summer to view their plants, etc. he is now driving a very new...forget year/model i don't really follow cars at all, mercedes. he got it cheap because the AWD rear transfer components failed. he said this one has one rear transfer clutch plate in it and is really weak.
