subiekid
I just pulled a carbed motor out of an 85 GL wagon, resealed it and put it in my carbed 87 GL wagon. Now that it is in and running, it seems like it's really low on power and it's sputtering quite a bit. Other than that, it runs good. Thanks for your help!!!! Danbob99
umm, no it sounds kinda obvious, but how bout your cats? can you get your rpm's up in neutral?
skeet
What all HAVE you checked? That leaves out the obvious suggestions like clean the carb, adjust timing, adjust idle, pray to satan, fuel pump, ect.

subiekid
There is nothing wrong with any mechanical aspect of the car (I.E. Cats, fuel pump, etc) It has something to do with the motor. The carb is brand new so it's fine, timing is good, idle is fine. I'm leaning towards a vaccum (sp?) leak somewhere but would that cause it to run poorly? Thanks!
