There are many cars and vans the use the 5 x 100 patterns. I had the 14" wheels from my 95 Impreza on my 2002 Impreza that came with 16" wheels. There was less clearance for the front brake calipers but the 95s worked OK on the 2002. Same offset. For sure the 2002 16" wheels work fine on my 1995.
