1994 Legacy Ti 4WD Outdoor Wagon

Recommended Posts

This is my 1994 Legacy Ti 4WD Outdoor Wagon.

Picture from May 2010 when I found it on the local Craigslist for $550 w/173K.

(The one on the Right.)

It needed some TLC badly when I found it...

-------------------------------------------------------

Blown Air Suspension

Bad Brakes

Bad Tires

Bad Engine

Rusty Rockers

Bad C/V

Bad Rear Wiper Motor

and the normal rust repair on the rear quarters......thats all I can think of right now.

-------------------------------------------------------

But it was a rare option package for 94 so I HAD TO HAVE IT!!

Fixed it all over the course of the year and a half.

Here are some photos of it. Hope you all enjoy.

Kudos on saving a rare one - sounds like it needed just about everything! zzz

I had to look it up again to remember what was on the Ti:

Legacy L All-Wheel-Drive with value Option Group #2

a/c,

power windows and door locks,

cruise control

and 80 watt AM/FM/Cassette with equalizer, clock 4 speakers

plus:

wheel covers

adjustable air suspension,

body color front grill,

mud flaps,

woven cloth interior (instead of plush),

under passenger seat storage tray,

rubber cargo mat,

rear cargo net

luggage rack with Bike attachement,

rear stabilzer bar,

engine skidplate

Yellow "Subaru" lettering with pine trees exterior graphics

Did you get the bike attachment for the roof rack? Also, would you be able to take a photo of the engine skidplate and the passenger seat storage tray? I haven't seen any of the three before. ;)

Sweet pic of the L, by the way. icon14.gif

I didn't get the bike rack or the skidplate :( ...

But the storage tray is here!

Bummer. :-\ Thanks for the pics of the tray though! It's a lot smaller than I had expected!

^

most people didn't realize that seat box came on the SVX too.

Is it the exact same box, and do you know if the bracket would mount to the bottom of seats that didn't come with the box originally?

I do not have my SVX any more, but I thought the bottom on it was smooth, so not sure, looks different off my memory.

Surely, someone with a SVX will see this, post, not knowing they even have the storage tray, and they will go look and take a pic to let us know.

You could easily make your own storage tray, with some angle steel, some metal screws, and a storage drawer organizer / rubbermaid thing.

  • 4 months later...

I Went on a small ride the other day(about an 80mi round trip) and snapped some pictures with my cell phone along the way. It was quite a good trip. I've been trying to stretch the legs of the "new engine" (153K) and oil pan to see if any problems arise.. and happy to say nothing has gone wrong since I replaced the engine in October.

Also this weekend a friend gave me a FREE project canoe!

It needs fiberglass work and all the wood.

It's a 1974 made in Maine and quite large!
