zdriver123
having a bit of trouble acquiring a winshield for my 84 wagon. Nobody will sell one for me to install. I used to work at a glass shop and changed a bunch and know there quite simple. Does anybody know a shop that will sell me one, or has one out of a parts vehicle in good shape? mkoch
I am also looking for one. I found this, which could be useful when you do the swap: http://www.carpartsdiscount.com/auto/parts/84/subaru/gl/windshield_seals/windshield_seal.html?3593=8398
cnc
Emerald City Auto Glass or similar name. Located sorta by Seattle. Changed my 93 Loyale windshield for $150 out the door. Came to my place to do it. Great job. The trim around the windshield was shot and he couldn't get one, but he faked it with some generic rubber and it looks perfect. PM me if you can't find him. May have a card somewhere. cnc
ihscout54
Safelite did my Brat for $160. I had to call customer service to get them to do it since they have to glue it in. The locking strips are not sourceable. During the course of the argument he mentioned just selling me the window.
