franck2cv
That's it.... Our GL was sold Sunday Morning....! ------------------------------------------------------ Hi Subaru Folks, I'm new here . I live in Longueuil (Quebec), anybody close? Kind of developed a liking for Subaru since we moved here from the UK!! Anyway, here is what brought me to this forum in the first place: Our Subaru GL failed us..... As I got a Subaru E12 (Libero) on its way from Berlin, I need to find her a new home. It seems such a shame to scrap the whole thing just for the current issue. I've just advertised her on Kijiji Montreal, Qc: http://quebec.kijiji.ca/c-autos-et-vehicules-autos-et-camions-Subaru-GL-Loyale-Station-Wagon-Low-mileage-but-W0QQAdIdZ354140646 Franck Outback 1997, Libero (E12) 1997, Subaru Powered VW Vanagon, Citroen 2cv Edited February 13, 2012 by franck2cv Car sold! man on the moon
Like the car, like the price...not sure how to get it to me, though. And more than the driving is the title. I had a real problem coming from California to Colorado, I don't want to imagine what it would be like coming from another country . Of course, that was partly due to having a salvage title, but even so...

franck2cv
That's it.... Our GL was sold Sunday Morning....! I advertized it on Kijiji Saturday 7pm. By 10pm, I had 6 phone calls!!!! I did not realized how popular this car was!! One of the guy came on Sunday morning, gave me the cash and left with it. It had been a very dependent car the past 4 years. I took great car of it and always thought the frame was sound and rust free.... until the rear suspension (rear right) literally punctured its upper mount due to major rust! We found that the rear window was not water tight and a leak caused the inner wing to rot.... I would have repaired and kept it if we had not planned to sell it this Spring. But its successor is on its way soon from Europe. ETA : April 2012. Franck
