AdventureSubaru Posted March 1, 2012 Share Posted March 1, 2012 Check your fluid levels. If you've leaked down to a low point, you could be frying your trans. See what the consistency is. Should be like fruit punch. Pull the dip stick, Any burning smells coming from the trans? Check both the trans (drivers side) and differential (passenger side) sticks. ivans imports Posted March 1, 2012 Share Posted March 1, 2012 look for dented pan the soiloniods are very close to bottom and if pan is bumped i can damage the soiinionlds if the ligt stays on means it sees somting electricly wrong have had problems with the ground on top of intake on right side top not making a good conection thiss is the engine and trans main ground verry important make shure it is vary clean and tight Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
