Honestly77
Hey guys. I've got a 95 Subaru legacy 2.2L and is now overheating. Eliminated everything except a blown head gasket. Got a cherry picker so I can pull the engine. I've never done this kind of thing before. Anyone in my area that might be able to lend a hand? I've replaced cv axles, water pumps, and radiators in this Subaru before. It has 112k on it. I got it from my grandma and have had to do nothing but dump money into it. I love it though and I really wanna fix it myself. No offense but I shouldn't have to pay a mechanic $800-$2000 to fix my head gasket. Any additives I can add to slow down the leak into my coolant system until I can fix it in about a week?
