ktmsxguru Posted March 6, 2012 Share Posted March 6, 2012 I recently bought a 93 legacy. Five speed manual transmission. When I shut the car down then fire it back up, it feels like the brakes are locked on. Once I roll forward about a block the abs light comes on and then appears to release the brakes and it rolls fine. What is the problem here? Any suggestions? ktmsxguru Posted March 14, 2012 Author Share Posted March 14, 2012 Well last night I pulled apart my left front wheel bearing to realize it is completely shot. The abs sensor was covered in small metal shavings. Could that be a possible cause? I am going to replace the bearing on Friday.
