Sounds like a fun project!

Couple of notes I have read on this forum:

EA82Ts run quite hot, make sure all coolant lines are new and the radiator is in excellent shape

Don't forget to swap the rear diff when you do the D/R tranny swap, the final drives are different. (3.9 vs 3.7)

An intercooler will help the reliability of the engine

Consider an oil cooler

turning up the boost in stock form almost always results in blown engine. :(

As long as they are in stock form, don't treat it as a race car, and keep up on the maintenence, they'll last a decent amount of miles.

Now, onto your project..

Yeah I knew about the differential change, but I do appreciate the input. All hoses/lines look like they are in great shape as well as the radiator (There is another one in the back of one of the parts cars that looks brand new), and her temp is always on the cool side. Belts look fresh also. I try not to dog her out too much, but I do enjoy watching that little turbo light flash up and swirl around every so often  Been working all the little quirks out. Lookin to put in a stereo but I MUST keep the trip computer intact (and hopefully vertical). Probably gonna have a pro do it just so it looks freshy fresh. I did notice she has a tear at the DOJ, but not stressing it since I plan on swapping trannys this weekend, and those axels look fine.

Also I have been researching wheel options, would really like some 14s on there with some all terrains for a bit more ground clearance. still have to upload pics.

cheers,

Only the Peugeots (I don't remember which models) had the same bolt pattern of 4x140mm. They had 14" and 15" in both steel and alloys. The 14" Alloy Pugs look very good an the EA82s, such as my brother had on his old car (195/60-14):

The pugs show up on here periodicity, so keep your eyes peeled!
