zazzara
I dig it ! Never seen a factory black wagon before, on the web or in person. I am however a bit nervous, with so much negativity shrouding the EA82T ... It runs excellent currently. So assuming it is in fit condition- What positive things do you have to say about owning one of these technological dinosaurs? I plan on running this motor for as long as I can before dropping in the EJ22 and stripped harness i have kickin' around Pics coming when i detail her, a little dirty as she sits- and not in the muddy fun way. Again, don't tell me it's going to blow up, or that it sucks. Searching the forums provide enough of that already...
AKghandi
welcome! sounds like you got a nice wagon there. everyone says the ea82t is crap...and it is. but with maintenance they will provide many thousand miles in stock form. that being said an intercooler would be a good mod to help cool things down and keep the heads from cracking. mine has 245k on it and its still stomping hondas. tundrabrat
Coincidentally I just purchased a clean '85 e82t sedan on Saturday... read the hate about ea82t's on Saturday night and woke up feeling sick on Sunday morning. Then I drove the family to church, cruising down the highway at 75 without breaking a sweat... looking forward to a lot more miles... this car is proving to be fun! Nope... not getting rid of the Brat.

desertsubaru
I have an 85 2wd non turbo black wagon. Does yours have the red pinstripe down the sides?
