outdoorkindaguy
So I just replaced the front bumper to my legacy and afterwards my left headlight seems dim and has a slow reaction when switching from low beam to high beam. So I went to change out the fuse, it was blown, and blew the next two I replaced it with. I replaced one and it blew just turning on the headlights, then I replaced the left headlight relay with a parts car one and the fuse and still the fuse blows just turning on the headlights. I'm not good with electrical jobs and am asking for help as too what to do for this problem.
Rooster2
Recommend you check your headlight wiring for damage. It sounds like you may have accidently pinched wiring, or skinned off the insulation from wiring when you replaced the bumper. The result is that you have a wiring short circuit that is causing the fuse to blow.
outdoorkindaguy
YEP! I pinched red/blue against the horn mount while tightening the bolt. Thanks for the info! I thought it was the relay or maybe the radio since I had switched it, because you know I never mess up!
