BratRod Posted April 6, 2012 Share Posted April 6, 2012 I have no clue what happened... it was fine before tuesday. It has the brake fluid light on (its full) and the stop lamp light. and the e brake light never goes off, it just dimms when you disengage it (the switch works fine) And now the alternator is not charging? help cant afford to drve the chevy 350 every where Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cougar Posted May 5, 2012 Share Posted May 5, 2012 This kind of thing happens because the warning lights are in the field circuit of the alternator which allows the lights to be tested before the engine is running.
