shadman
Well, turns out that it was a cooling fan that was not working right that was causing my over heating issues. Fixed the fan and she seems to be good to go. Let the car idle for 45 minutes and it never got over second temp line!!
kerandt
Nice! Just curious though, what was the actual problem with the fan? Electric connection or the motor itself went bad? The fan on my Loyale seized up but I was able to pry the motor housing apart and lube the end of the shafts with some electric grease. To my surprise the thing came back to life (but not without a little squealing when it shuts down).
shadman
I am guessing that the thermoswitch might be out. I wired the fan up direct and all is working well.
