mdjdc
I have a friend with a 2004 forester turbo and the cruise light is flashing. What does that mean and how do I fix it? Thanks guys
1 Lucky Texan
Is that the ONLY warning light on? Is the Check Engine Light on? When your friend turns the key to on - before starting - does the CEL illuminate?
mdjdc
The CEL was on before I replaced the cam sensor last night. I cleared the CEL, but the car was running at the time so I don't know if the cruise light will stop when she starts the car again.
1 Lucky Texan
I've never tried using my Innova on a running car but, yeah, maybe just wait for a few drivecycles - or try clearing again with the key just 'on'.
bratman18
Yeah it should just flash when the CEL is on. It should go away once the CEL is cleared, unless another code is tripped.
