subarukayaker
Hey everyone i am new to this forum and i want to say there is some great info here. So i did a search and found some information with regards to the problem with the 1999 but no reference to the 2000. I have a 2000 outback, manual trans and the speedo and tach have not worked for some time (I have been using my GPS for speed). Originally it was intermittent and now it is completely dead. The other gauges all work and the cruise and odometer also work fine. I am thinking it is a bad cluster but if there is a way to fix this one rather than buy another it would make my life a whole lot easier. Thanks in advance for your response
nipper
Do as in a 1999, take the cluster apart (easy) and clean the connections.
