antonio97b
Back Windows steam on the inside all the time. if its below 70 or if there is a shower ill have to roll the Windows down and have heat on full blast just to try and keep it down. Long term damage is mold and mildew everywhere. I don't know where to start to find tgis issue. Upon cursory glance, the back window squeeges no longer contact the window. Is it possible that the rain rolls down the window then goes in the door which will then evaporate on the inside? Advice on where to look or start would be appreciated
Rooster2
Does your car have a sun roof? If so, water drains could be clogged up with dirt to cause the water retention problem.
antonio97b
No sun roof. Also if it helps I did notice some mold on a few papers that managed to get under the board that covers the spare tire well.
idosubaru
sounds like you have a leak somewhere, need to find out a general area where the water is coming in. feel all the carpet areas and pull the truck carpeting up and see what's happening underneath. Ricearu
its probobly the tail light gasket area. 3m Mastic sealant will fix that, take out the tail lights one by one and reseal them. The sealant on them should be rubbery and goopy. if it's dried out, and cracking, they will leak. also, check for rust holes in your spare tire well that could let water in.
