Cyfun
Have you done another dyno pull since installing the new clutch? Curious to see what power you're putting down.

No i haven't. didn't see any reason to blow any money on the dyno, when i would just have to do it again after the new pulley. -=Suberdave=-

TajMan
nope. i talked to some VW guys that put the EG into buses, they said they never use an extra pump. the hottest it has gotten is 201*F and that was in stop and go traffic on a 85*F day. normally runs right at 194*F. -=Suberdave=- Yeah its interesting, I have a few Fiat X1/9's and a Lancia Scorpion, they have coolant tubes running from the radiator in the front to the engine in the rear, nothing extra besides an old 70's design typical looking water pump run off a V-belt pulley on the side of the engine. Never a problem I guess. I'm planning custom engine-swaps also on a couple of those cars in my future.. Yeah, in for new updates with your awesome Sub! wagonist
Saw your vid from the drags. As others have said, such a shock to find out the drivetrain. Definitely in awe. I've always wanted to put a WRX engine & FWD trans (with LSD) in the tray of a Brumby/Brat. Have you had any understeer issues with the weight gone from the front? I know some proper converted manufacturers have had this issue (Renault Clio V6 ) If you have some engine bay cooling issues, a pair of side intakes from the first model Toyota MR2 grafted between the doors & rear wheels would suit the square shape. wagonist
Can you tell how you've held up the engine? And I'm also curious what rear suspension you're using.
