Normaly i work on the older stuff 90's and under but this project was to good to not get in to .

We got all the mechanical end of it all worked out but when the car boosts it leans out and sputters just after 1-2+ - Psi , we have a air O2 sencer gage .

Now my question is this use to be a N/A 2.5 so do we need a turbo fuel pressure regulator ? also we have installed a Gretty fuel management piggy back computer and were new to this and not realy sure how to set it up ? it has the optional desplay screen for it too .

Any help with some one that has had this conversion would help me a lot to get some base line settings for the computer . thanks

yeah you're going to need some form of rising rate fuel pressure regulator, unless you get an upgraded fuel pump of some kind.

Have you hooked up a gauge to the fuel line and watched what the pressure is at idle, and when you hit boost?

thanks thats what i thought . the fuel gage is a good idea i'll try that if the regulator seems to not fix it ,

What is the stock fuel pump good for + the injectors ? we plan on only running 5-7 psi for the turbo but i would like some ley way with some extra boost creep .

i looked on the RS board and there is a lot of good info there, thanks .
