Montana Derek
I am having a heck of time finding a genuine subaru thermostat and gasket for my 82 Brat online....does anyone know of a good online store that has these?
kabarakh
I got mine from subarupartslive.com Any Subaru Dealer should have them available, most have a parts search on their websites. Part number is 21200AA121 Oh, and the gasket is 11072AA030 Edited July 20, 2012 by kabarakh added gasket part number

Montana Derek
Thanks for the info. I now realize you have to type in the part number and can't use the vehicle year and model as most online parts vendors for genuine subaru parts don't have drop down options for an 82 brat. I can't stand the local subaru dealership but I bit the bullet and stopped by there today and ordered the thermostat and gasket. $24.20 was the total. He had the screen turned around and it showed their cost of $12 and change. Whatever.....
Ricearu
I paid 28 for mine, and have since switched to stant x-act stats. they are literally identical.

GeneralDisorder
The Stant x-act stat line is made to match the OEM exactly. They perform the same. I use them at my shop on everything - $11 for an EJ stat vs. about $13 and some change from the dealer. GD
