TomRhere
Topics been up before, and the answer given was you can get it thru JCWhitney, but never a part number was given. Well, I've looked thru a catalog, and I've been to their web site, me no can find the gasket. Anyone out there have the part number? I really need to get one for the '82, don't think the Police will like it to much ifin I drive around without a windshield.

gravelRX
In Va, I believe you can run without a windshield if you wear a helment with a face shield. No help with the gasket. Just thought I'd throw in a little OT. Good Luck, Jay

Not a very good charm I'd say... I'm in the same boat with my original leaking, I just ran a bunch if silicone around the spot I could see light through. No more leaky leaky. Just a big glob of ugly silicone is all. I'll do it right one day... but $35 for a leaky gasket wont be route I take. Maybe I'll just break down and take those 24 free dinners at Azteca from Olympic auto Glass and get a whole new Guaranteed wind shield.
garner
I bought a gen 1 brat windshield molding for $30 from a local auto glass company, they even had it in stock!!! I'd just call auto glass outfits and see what they can get for you garner
