djmark7 Posted December 6, 2012 Share Posted December 6, 2012 shut my car off last night 98 Subaru Legacy 2.2 auto, all ok this morning went to start no power, sbf links 3,4,5 all blown changed em changed fusible link still no power nothing, lights etc. any ideas? 89Ru Posted December 6, 2012 Share Posted December 6, 2012 (edited) Besides what you posted, what else have you tried? Any downstream fuses blown? Check ground straps. Assuming your battery is good and you have voltage after SBF 3,4,5. Do you have a wiring diagram? Check main relay. Any smell of burnt electronics? Except if the constant power lines in the fender were shorted I would think the fuses would have blown again. Unless the wires need to be wiggled just right. Did it rain overnight?
