Added some colour to the previous drawing :

I'm working towards to making a Scale Paper Model, so every one can have one - you just need to print it out & assemble it ... :)

Give me a few days to work it out though ...

XV Wheels ...

I didn't get very far with trying to cast them, so I ended up going and getting some 3D printed - following is the trial example :

Then test fitted them to the TT-01 Chassis :

Fitted Strait up :

Spacers :

IMG_4406.jpg

Note : the larger one will need longer shaft ...

I may have stuffed up the offset, will have to wait until I've done the body to see how well it sits up against the fenders ...

Thinking of possibly doing some crowd funding for this project, however there's a quiet a few sites out there so not sure about it ...

What do you guys think would be best option ?

Update ...

Time for a bit of an update, as it's been a while since I've worked on this ... :/

Took the paper model out for its first showing the other day :

Didn't win anything but ... :(

Was doing some research on an updated front end, something like the look of the 'KenStyle' as shown elsewhere on here.

16045875581_a773056e6e_b.jpg

Might see if I can get them loaded up on the model ...

P.S. - I may also have found a willing hand to make the full size prototype ... :)

Will post more when I have something concrete confirmed ... :icon_mrgreen:

Ciao, Bantum ...
