EastCoastEJ22T
A few years ago I used to have a '95 legacy lifted on XT forester strut and springs. I now would like to lift my '03 legacy and am wondering what parts i would need off an outback to do so. I have a complete smashed '00 outtback to scavenge parts from. Here is a quick list of what i am thinking... To start: -outback struts and springs -subframe spacers Later on: -aftermarket strut spacers -maybe some king springs Just wondering if anyone has lifted a 00-04 legacy? Also what's the biggest tire i can run with the outback suspension setup? Thanks, Ian

That looks about right to me as a great starting point, plus I have all the parts already. Thanks man. EastCoastEJ22T
Thanks for the link. I am going to go with 00-04 Outback struts - 05 Baja turbo springs running some 205 or 215/75r15's.
johnceggleston
running some .... 215/75r15's. that tire will increase your ground clearance another 1.5'' over what ever the struts and springs give you. it will also make your speedo off by12%. you will be going 78.5 mph when the speedo says 70. it will also change the power curve, the car will be slightly more sluggish off the line.
