Leeroy Posted April 27, 2013 Share Posted April 27, 2013 Which trim? The 'chrome' trim along the sill has clips and it is very difficult to remove without breaking them. The rubber molding (or bump strips) would be held on with double sided tape or glue. These were never offered in Australia but the OEM parts catalogue does not list any clips and I have never seen these early models with holes in the panels (if they were clipped on). SUBARU3 Posted April 29, 2013 Share Posted April 29, 2013 If you take that off , you will crack and ruin the chrome insert. You cannot flex that trim. They are majorly glued on. Consider masking it off professionally and paint over it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
